Empathy for the Inanimate - Shloop

Another video from one of my favorite channels on Youtube.
While I don't feel for objects to the extent talked about in the video, I thought that the whole thing was really interesting and offered a very compelling way of thinking about why we anthropomorphize objects. I especially liked the distinction made between "things" and "devices."
